Cherry Tomato Salsa
Makes about 1 cupCombine 6 ounces quartered cherry tomatoes, 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro, and 1½ teaspoons lime juice in bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. (Salsa can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.)
