Lemon-Yogurt Sauce
Makes about 1 cupUse whole-milk yogurt or low-fat yogurt in this recipe (not nonfat). Whisk 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint, 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 minced garlic clove together in bowl until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit until flavors meld, about 30 minutes. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
